You’re also a good listener who can get to the heart of a prospect’s pain points and deliver our solution as the cure for their woes.
From emails to presentations, you need mad communication skill
Preferably decades of direct sales and/or inside telesales experience.
Enjoys dialing for dollars.
Discipline to work from a home office.
Places their career as a top priority in their life and enjoys achievement and exceeding expectations.
Enjoys developing relationships to achieve client success and customer retention.
Career Experience in the Following is a Plus: Direct Sales, Stock Brokerage, Insurance Sales, Advertising Sales, Software Sales, B2B Telesales
Veteran or Active Military Reserve experience is a plus.
Sales experience is a must.
You will be given a full-time appointment setter to supplement your sales efforts and maintaining high customer acquisition.
You will have access to an escalated claims department for client problem-solving. You will also have an accounting department so your only job will be to sell.
You can work from home and spend more time with your loved ones.
Your only metric for success and performance is new client acquisition.
You will earn a residual commission after reaching a target monthly sales goal.
We will provide you with a database and CRM system.
You will make 60+ outbound phone calls and send many emails each day.
You will be working your own CRM & database supplied by the employer. You will receive marketing support from the company to help fill your pipeline.
You will work Monday-Friday and be available 9 am - 6 pm EST.
You will be expected to answer inbound client phone calls from time to time. We are an "always on" industry. However, we encourage you to answer the phone while you're on the beach or with your family!
You will be expected to bring on 5-10 new clients per month and work diligently to retain the clients you bring onboard after escalated by our industry-leading client services team.
No travel or face-to-face meetings is expected nor necessary for this position, this job entails full-time outbound selling.
My key metric for success will be the number of new accounts that you bring on each month.
