The Focus Discovery Analytics Consultant reports to the Senior Director of Focus Discovery. The Focus team consults on and supports pre-review data minimization and technology assisted review projects, identifying key data quickly, maximizing cull rates, and applying technology to optimize review efficiencies. The consultant will drive data minimization through search and application of technology and serve as an expert resource for clients and internal departments.

What You'll Do:
Execution of Focus Discovery projects including:
Guiding clients on effective use of search and review tools, consulting on search syntax and culling strategies
Development of search queries with the goals of finding relevant information and excluding non-relevant information from review
Support for analytics and technology assisted review projects
Gathering and synthesizing substantive case information and client goals
Reporting results to clients, counsel, and Focus management
Lead participant in calls and meetings with clients/counsel/review firms regarding Focus Discovery engagements
Maintaining effective collaboration with other Service Delivery teams to deliver superior client service
Lead participant supporting Sales team engagements with prospective clients
High level consulting on search, analytics, predictive coding, conceptual categorization, and review
Individual consulting with clients on analytics and review strategy and offerings
Training and mentoring of junior Focus Discovery team members

What You'll Need:
Education Requirements and Experience Specific requirements include the following:
BA in linguistics or related field, or comparable work experience
Minimum 5 years litigation or ediscovery industry experience required
Knowledge of litigation support and legal discovery process and concepts
Proven success in consulting with clients/internal departments
Working knowledge of litigation technology
Ability to multitask under pressure
Able to work Monday to Friday and support east coast hours.

Excellent ediscovery subject-matter communication skills
Ability to own projects from start to finish with limited supervision
Working knowledge of ediscovery technology, including key applications and programs such as Relativity, Equivio, and Brainspace
