What's A Day In The Life Of A Recruiter?
As a Recruiter, you'll interview caregivers over the phone for jobs across the nation, book interviews on behalf of our clients, and ensure candidates are prepared to put their best foot forward.

Moms and other types of caregivers & CNAs that want to take their caregiving skills and help other people like them
Hard workers that work two jobs and value flexibility to make working two jobs a little easier
Actors, actresses, and other creative folk looking for great work between gigs
Seeking candidates available 16 - 25 hours per week. You can choose nearly any schedule that works best for you - you will work the SAME schedule each week. Available open hours to work are Monday - Friday (8AM - 8PM EST) and Sunday (1PM-7PM EST).
We invest in a fun training period! You'll join us at the beautiful Armature Works in Tampa for a 3-day training period. After training, you'll start working your normal schedule. Full training hours are a requirement. We're looking for candidates that would be available to train the following dates and times.
Monday, September 10: 8:15AM - 5:15PM (optional get to know your teammates event in the evening)!
Tuesday, September 11: 8:15AM - 5:15PM
Wednesday, September 12: 8:15AM - 3:45PM
You must enjoy being on the phone
Have excellent customer service skills
Be tech savvy
Have a quiet place to work at home with wired internet (no wifi); we will provide your laptop and headset, but you need to plug into the Internet
Have available to work 16 - 25 hours per week based on schedule outlined above
Be available for the full, scheduled training times listed above at Armature Works
Provide 5 references, including 3 past managers (if you haven't had this many jobs, professors are accepted, too)
Pass a background check

Position starts @$13 per hour (opportunity to earn up to $15 per hour based on hitting performance metrics)
