Under general supervision, the incumbent provides a variety of administrative and clerical support for the human resource and finance teams. The human resource and finance team is looking for a detail-oriented, highly organized team player, with a strong work ethic and a high level of discretion and integrity.

Assist with the various aspects of the recruiting process, initial orientation of new hires, and tracking of employee training.
Assist employees with benefits, orientation, hour and pay, and email and ADP enrollment-related questions.
Complete employment and payroll verifications.
Organize all HR and finance department records and employment files
Enter accounts payable invoices and journal entries
Reconcile bank statements and balance sheet accounts
.Associate Degree.
1-2 years administrative experience.
Proficient in Word and Excel.
Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
