Greenheck’s Systems Analyst II will be responsible for formulating and defining system scope and objectives through research and fact-finding, with the goal to develop or modify moderately complex information systems. In collaboration with the Sales IT and Digital Solutions teams, you will prepare detailed specifications from which programs will be written, analyzing and revising existing system logic difficulties and complete documentation as necessary. We are looking for a Systems Analyst II that is skilled to work on most phases of applications systems analysis activities and can take direction and guidance in other phases.

As the Systems Analyst II, you will:
Document and craft effective business processes and plan guidelines/criteria for systems, programs, project plans and timelines in conjunction with users, project leaders and management
Research and fact-find to formulate and define systems scope and objectives, as well as modify moderately complex information systems
Understand basic root-cause of issues and propose possible solutions within current Greenheck systems
Identify and test best solutions and create solution documents that describe/sell chosen solution
Creation of standard to moderately complex technical design specifications from functional requirements including: system use case diagrams, data flow diagrams, process mapping, system design models, pseudo code, etc. Collaborate with programmers to clarify during development.
Develop training documentation and assist with training end users on process and transactions
Define system requirements for improvement across the company
Translate business requirements and business process management for internal and external customers to functional requirements for Microsoft Dynamics CRM, SAP or any order management systems
Identify, define and prioritize product configuration projects
Support and maintain current systems, including: issue management, user acceptance testing, communication and change management
Manage, prioritize and implement SAP, CAPS and CRM work tickets
Serve as an interface between business units, technology and support teams
Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather feedback to utilize in influencing solution designs and approach, lead prioritization of requirements
Maintain strong knowledge of industry trends, advancements in technology and Microsoft’s product offerings and enhancements

The Systems Analyst II must have:
An Associate Degree with a minimum of 4 years of related work experience or a four-year degree with a minimum of 2 years of related work experience
Strong knowledge of Sales and Distribution systems and their integrations with Finance in a manufacturing environment is required. Additional experience with materials management, production planning, and business intelligence and reporting is preferred.
Understanding of Agile project management and ability to apply
Knowledge of MS Office with intermediate level of Word & Excel
Experience with reading and debugging system code
Ability to learn new programming languages in order to be able to analyst and decipher logic
A solid understanding of data modeling, mapping and ETL processes
Experience with customer service, sales and business unit support
