As an experienced Business Manager, you are expected to lead and oversee the work of employees within the business unit. You will be responsible for ensuring the efficiency of business operations as well as setting strategic goals for the future. Should be well-versed in all matters business as well as a competent leader able to provide guidance that enhances performance in a manner which incorporates the company’s vision and culture. The goal will be to ensure the profitability of our company’s activities to drive sustainable development and long-term success.
Delivery Project Executive you will oversee and manage the operations of a business unit(s) with overall responsibility for the account (i.e. service delivery, sales, operations, IT, HR, facilities).
Manages the client relationship ensuring customer satisfaction.
Has profit and loss responsibility and overall control of planning, staffing, budgeting, managing expense priorities, and recommending and implementing changes to methods for the business unit.
Provides budget analysis, labor planning, problem resolution and coordination of activities between client and company personnel.
Typically utilizes management skills more much higher than technical skills.
Management function requires strong technical, communication and management skills and extensive experience in managing the operations of a business.
Delivery Project Executive will generally manage multiple business units or large client accounts.
Principal client contact
Directs and manages the daily operations of one or more SBU’s
Develops budget estimates and manages project / contract to meet revenue and cost projections
Determines resource allocation levels to meet project / contract commitments
Analyzes workflow and assignments to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations; develops / implements process and service improvements as needed
Reviews and resolves issues affecting Company compliance, legal requirements and client objectives
Partners with senior staff in developing and marketing new client programs/services as required
Full accountability and responsibility for the business units profit & loss
Able to achieve high degrees of communication with all direct reports along with senior and executive staff members.

Develops major goals to support broad functional objectives. Decisions directly impact the success of the line of business in meeting key organizational goals. Establishes strategy for division/business unit within corporate strategic initiatives
Works on issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives. Implements strategic policies when selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results. Establishes and assures adherence to budget, schedules, work plans, and performance requirements.
Frequently interacts with subordinate supervisors, customers, and/or functional peer group managers, normally involving matters between functional areas, other company divisions or units, or customers and the company. Often must lead a cooperative effort among members of a project team.
Regularly interacts with senior management or executive levels on matters concerning several functional areas, divisions, and/or customers.
Requires the ability to change the thinking of, or gain acceptance from, others in sensitive situations, without damage to the relationship.
Manages the coordination of the activities of a section or department with responsibility for results, including costs, methods and staffing.
Normally manages the activities of professional individual contributors and/or subordinate supervisors. In some instances, this manager may be responsible for a functional area and not have any subordinate employees
Expected to produce and participate in the overall control of planning, staffing, budgeting, managing expense priorities, and recommending and implementing changes to methods.
