JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a Senior Technical Product Manager, Personalization to lead the technical product strategy and execution within the Personalization and Recommendations team at Fox Tech. The role sits at the critical intersection between our product, data science, engineering, data engineering, and MLOps teams. This role will be obsessed over inventing best-in-class AI/ML user experiences, helping customers seamlessly discover the most relevant content through personalized recommendations across multiple business units. This role also focuses on developing a strong customer retention strategy leveraging the latest developments in AI/ML.
A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Deeply understand customer needs to develop a multi-year technical product vision and strategy, maximizing business and customer impact
Define simple, high quality product roadmaps in partnership with key internal stakeholders
Develop clear and crisp business requirements to inform roadmap development
Manage prioritization and trade-offs among customer experience, system performance, and operational costs
Lead processes to identify, define, and track appropriate product or business metrics and communicate with key stakeholders and executives
Foster a data-driven environment that encourages quality experimentation and sets high standards for measuring product success
Showcase extensive problem-solving skills, tackling technical and strategic challenges in innovative ways and leveraging data and intuition to make strategic choices and tradeoffs
Proactively identify and resolve strategic issues that may impair the team’s ability to meet strategic, financial, and technical goals
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
Bachelor's degree, preferably in a technical or business related field
End to end product ideation and delivery experience
Experience implementing recommender systems at scale
Ability to evangelize product vision across cross-functional partners
Effective communication skills and adept at distilling the right granularity of information to communicate to different stakeholders (executives, data science, engineering, partner teams, etc.)
Comfortable working in fast paced and innovative environments
Strong desire to keep up with the latest trends in AI/ML

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is: $121,500.00-200,000.00 annually for New York City and Westchester County, NY. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
