Our firm is seeking a receptionist to join our office in the Galleria area. You must have at least THREE (3) years of prior receptionist experience.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls
- Transfer calls to the appropriate contacts
- Greet customers upon arrival at the office
- Handle all inbound and outbound mail including FedEx deliveries and shipments
**Handle other office duties as they arise**
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven knowledge of Microsoft Applications
- Solid understanding of Answering Inbound calls professionally
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent phone etiquette and ability to establish rapport with diverse clientele
- Strong organization skills with a sense of urgency and capable of prioritizing multiple tasks
- Customer service and office administrative skills
