As a Remittance Processor, the individual will be responsible for processing daily document transactions which can include some moderately complex tasks. Each function may have multiple tasks per transaction. These transactions require judgment and experience with limited direct supervision. While receiving clear instruction, the individual must maintain the highest level of production and accuracy on a daily basis. The individual must also focus on process effectiveness with an emphasis on high quality service and productivity.
The following shifts and pay rate are available:
1st shift (paying $14.00/hour) with the following hours, M-F 7 AM to 3:30PM
2nd shift (paying $15.40/hour) with the following hours, M-F 3 PM to 11:30PM
3rd shift (paying $16.10/hour) with the following hours, Sun night-Fri morn 11 PM to 7:30 AM
The following are the background check requirements:
Drivers License or State ID Photo Card PLUS any one of the following documents (US Birth Cert, Unexpired US Passport, Cert of US Citizenship, Cert of Naturalization, Permanent Resident Card).
7 Year Residential & Employment History.
List of Delinquent Financial Obligations including anything that is 90 days or more past due.
If you were in the military, a copy of your DD214.
Fingerprinting and drug screening.
As a Remittance Processor, the individual will be responsible for the extraction of checks and remittances. Specific responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:
