Paradyme Management is looking to hire a Software Deployment Analyst for a full-time position supporting the development, maintenance, and sustainment of a Globally Deployed PeopleSoft Human Capital Management System. The Deployment Analyst will support pre and post-go-live activities. The Deployment Analyst will also provide support for active customers to analyze production related issues from Users.
Deployment Analyst will be responsible for consolidating User data that is submitted via Share Point and emails for approximately 200 new Users per month. Data must be consolidated and analyzed to meet predefined requirements for Software access. Users submit access requests, training scheduling, training completion and other basic information in order to be granted access.
Analyze pre-go-live data conversion artifacts
Coordinate reviews of data with end users
Support testing by developing Acceptance criteria and regression analysis
Coordinate requests submitted via SharePoint User Dashboard
Develop and manage spreadsheets tracking deployment requirements
Follow up with users on software deliverables
Track access request, training information and other User submissions
Safeguard PII and SBU data
Test pre-production data based on pre-designed scripts
Resolve assigned Remedy tickets
Recent experience with SharePoint and Excel
Good written communication skills
Have a sense of urgency yet able to have patience with end-users
2 years college
Experience developing Microsoft Excel Macros
Basic Oracle Structured Query Language knowledge
Experience working in an Agile Kanban environment
