ADP is hiring a Product Manager - Data Science, SmartCompliance© Platform - Client Data & Insights, in our Studio55 innovation Center located in Pasadena, CA.

ADP has a tremendous amount of data, and we have just scratched the surface in pattern detection, predictive modeling and experience optimization/personalization. There are many exciting problems/opportunities to be discovered and in many ways we're just getting started. This role will collaborate heavily with our Product Management organization, Engineering organization and Business stakeholders on the capture, analysis and interpretation of client data. The role will work with product, technology and business groups to establish robust research, analytics, modeling and insights generation practices that will lead to better product, organizational and client benefit outcomes.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Conceive and design e2e data analytics/science solutions to support our Compliance Solutions product quality.
Design and implement solutions to generate, visualize and present (or communicate) data and insights and intelligence.
Enable and Support product, client and operational analytics solutions that help us correlate data to create insights. Perform ad-hoc statistical and data science analyses.
Partner with domain-specific Product Managers and extended teams to ensure the delivery of true E2E solutions/functionality that leverage our data With a strong data/metrics perspective, you will identify and leverage product/customer insights & help evidence opportunities to move our products/services towards a compelling future state

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
Have a Product/Customer empathy driven mindset, a passion for data, learning and technology
Curious, Creative and Inquisitive to go deeper and beyond obvious...
5+ years of experience in a B2B/B2C-facing software/cloud product management, user experience, or technology environment
2+ years of exposure to senior management with experience in C-level setting.
Ability to influence horizontally and vertically
Capable of managing multiple stakeholders (across different locations and time zones) on the best course of action for the product
Ability to work and communicate effectively across the org and esp with engineering teams to accomplish desired outcome Hypothesis-based/Lean product management perspective;
Objectivity and the ability manage and prioritize competing requests Bachelor's degree.

HOW YOU'LL STAND OUT:
Familiarity with Neural Networks & Deep Learning Concepts as well as their custom application opportunities.
Strong programming skills in Python, SQL, SPARK, Tableau + D3
Experience in a technology-focused product or data scientist type role
Experience with client facing / cloud-based B2B web applications
