- Sales Experience
We are seeking a self motivated, community driven salesperson. Prior sales experience preferred but not required. We are looking to expand our radius outside of our current location. Preferably Burlington or Mt Pleasant. Possibility of working from home or opening a new office location.
Base salary + commission position.
Salary Range: $25000.00 - $50000.00 per year
Salary based on experience. Will start with a supplemental salary and change to commissions after two years. Will be paid bonuses based off written premiums. Ability to earn $100,000+ per year.
Strong Sales, negotiation, and decision making skills
Excellent leadership ability
Ability to interact and communicate effectively with agency team, company staff, and clients.
Willingness to learn and perform duties and responsibilities
As a part of our team you will be required to:
Develops referral sources and produces policies
Networks to build lasting customer relationships and referral sources
Evaluates each customer's personal insurance needs and suggests additions or changes to their policies
Grows a book of business by attaining new client relationships
Enjoys helping explain product features and benefits
Sales experience suggested but not required.
Also must be able to use Word, Microsoft Outlook- email and calendar, excel, Adobe forms, and general use of a computer
