Bank Call Center CSR – Internet Branch/ Customer Service Center
Presidential Bank, FSB is currently seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative for our Internet Branch / Customer Service Center in Bethesda, MD .
Hours/ Shift: Monday – Friday from 2:00 pm– 10:00 pm (NO weekends!)
- Provide outstanding customer service for all types of customer telephones inquiries.
- Act as primary contact for potential, new, and existing customers and provide all types of deposit and online services.
- Accept new account applications and determine eligibility.
- Perform administrative duties, including system data entry and information retrieval, as needed to support customer service duties, ensuring compliance with Federal and State regulatory statutes, as well as internal policies and procedures.
- Educate customers on products or services
- Opening and servicing new accounts received via mail or online applications.
- High School diploma or equivalent – some college preferred
- Understanding of web applications
- Basic computer knowledge
- Detail Oriented
- Excellent interpersonal and telephone communications skills (oral & written)
- Customer service experience required
- At least 1 year of Banking & Call Center experience
- Ability to learn independently using written training materials
- Self- motivated
