This position provides administrative and organizational support to the Human Resources leadership team in a professional and competent manner using established policies, procedures and expectations. All of this will be done in a manner consistent with the mission, values and operating philosophies and standards of the Dollywood Company.
Summary of Major Duties and Responsibilities
Maintain confidentiality at all times to insure that there is no release of information pertaining to Dollywood Company records, current/future plans or any other matter without approval.
Provide administrative support for HR management team to include the professional and efficient management of the office including Director schedules, mail, phone calls, travel, and host reception as needed.
General Office management including equipment repair, vendor relations, office cleanliness, purchasing supplies, company request forms, and company data base information.
Develops, monitors and measures HR related metrics and key performance indicators.
Provides business information to VP, HR and Directors by assembling and summarizing data, preparing reports and making presentations of findings, results and recommendations.
Continually identify creative and practical methods to tie metrics to relevant business trends.
Manage office efficiently and professionally to include:
Maintaining adequate supply of office supplies, restroom supplies, etc.
Maintain divisional organizational chart
Coordinate and monitor computer authorizations and Authorized Signature forms, as well as up to date vendor and Host contact and mailing list and information, key requests, etc.
Administers PO’s and assist with reconciliation of PCard transactions.
Ensure insurance and license information is updated and current for all authorized drivers.
Provide assistance for and approve divisional time sheets via current computerized payroll system; working in conjunction with Corporate Payroll.
Attend department/park meetings as requested, representing the Human Resources Team in a professional manner. Capture and distribute notes to team members as needed/requested.
Serves as a brand ambassador for the Dollywood Company, administering social media platforms for the Talent Acquisition Team.
Administers the Winning Moments and Blue Ribbon recognition programs for all Dollywood Company properties.
Provides support for Communications team by creating and distributing Red/Yellow Board communications to all Dollywood Properties

Education / Experience Requirements
High school diploma required.
Bachelor’s degree in Business/Communications highly preferred.
Minimum of 5 years’ advanced administrative support required.
Prior proven success in establishing goals and achieving results.
A strong and sincere passion for the Dollywood Company Brand.
Strong level of verbal and communication writing, proof reading and editing skills.
Thoroughly understand internal controls as specified in Company Procedures.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and handle competing priorities each day.
Advanced computer proficiency using MS/Windows Office products.
Ability to meet deadline/working to complete tasks by identified times.
Ability to compile data and prepare reports accurately and timely.
Professional language and good judgement when interactive with guests and hosts.
Ability to drive to and from Dollywood to run errands, attend off-park meetings, transport deliveries and vendors/guests.
Valid driver’s license and proof of auto liability insurance.
Must successfully complete a post-employment offer background check.
