Job Description
Seeking a highly motivated, enthusiastic and technically savvy Office Administrator to take responsibility for the day-to-day operation of the administrative and facility needs in our Reston office. The ideal candidate is an experienced professional with a full understanding of industry practices and will assimilate quickly by learning company policies and procedures. The successful candidate will possess the ability to anticipate needs and problems; then react quickly with sound judgment.

Duties include, but are not limited to:
Front desk reception (to include: answering multi-line phones, manning the front desk, greeting employees and guests)
Administrative support (to include: document preparation , editing, binding, copying, filing)
Setting up and breaking down conference rooms for meetings, including food and beverage needs
Shipping, receiving, and accountability of outgoing mail
Assisting technical staff and management with travel arrangements and scheduling as needed
Maintaining, distributing and ordering all office and kitchen supplies
Keeping orderly all common areas
Maintaining Company schedule
Up keeping and performing typical maintenance of office machinery
Desired Qualifications

Desired Qualifications:
3-5 years of related experience
Highly proficient in all Microsoft Office 2003/2007 applications
Experience with Photoshop, preferred
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to self-motivate and work autonomously
Excellent time management skills
US Citizenship required for Secret clearance

Local candidates desired. This position WILL NOT provide paid relocation.
