This position will be responsible for selling corporate services based upon established quotas. The Inside Sales Representative will reach business targets through telephone sales and internet communications. This individual will also develop phone-based revenue generation through the creation of sales leads, initiation of prospect calls, and establishment of ongoing rapport with existing and potential customers. This position requires a creative, resourceful, individual who is willing to take the initiative needed to ensure that our Mortgage Outsourcing Services remain the best in our industry.

The position is to perform detailed analysis of sales and market trends, client segmentation, assist in product development and promotional campaigns, coordinate trade shows, advertising campaigns and assist in the overall marketing and sales function.

This combined position will afford the proper candidate a great opportunity to effectively utilize marketing and sales skills in a dynamic, growing and important part of the mortgage lending industry.

Essential Job Functions:Sales:
Cold-call prospects that are generated by external lead sources
Identify decision makers within targeted leads to begin sales process
Penetrate assigned targeted accounts and radiate sales from within client base
Collaborate with National Sales and Company Leadership to determine necessary strategic sales approaches
Maintain and expand the company’s database of prospects including the creation and updating of mailing lists for existing and potential clients
Set up and deliver sales presentations, product/service demonstrations, and other sales actions as necessary
Assist in creating RFP responses to potential clients
Make outbound follow-up calls to existing customers via telephone and e- mail cross- sell and up-sell
Emphasize product/service features and benefits, quote prices, discuss business terms, and prepare sales order forms and/or reports
Coordinate customer training as necessary
Enter new customer data and update changes to existing accounts in the corporate database
Investigate and troubleshoot customer service issues and coordinate resolution with respective operations managers
Attend periodic sales training where applicable
Attend trade shows and conferences as required
Promote and assist with selling outsourcing, consulting, and software services
Successfully work with operations to meet or exceed stated deliverables for clients
Participate in customer on-boarding process

Marketing:
Assist in the development and execution of the Company’s Marketing plan
Assist in the development and production of marketing and sales collateral including brochures, sales kits, direct mail and email campaigns, client appreciation and promotional material
Help create and coordinate publishing of communications such as newsletters, white papers, social media content, procedure manuals, news releases, client contracts and proposals
Assist in the planning and execution of tradeshows and special events including the development of invitation lists, pre and post-marketing material preparation, registration, on-site logistics management and event evaluations
Assist with implementing and driving market research activities to provide industry related information such as sales potential and market conditions
Perform ongoing research of clients, prospects and competitors in our industry
Actively research trends and provide marketing recommendations, enhancements and strategies to Management
Maintain database for clients, affiliates, potential clients, leads and external mailings
Fulfill literature requests from sales force, in-house personnel and external customers (existing and potential)
Develop solid understanding of client needs and market opportunities
Order, stock and inventory all promotional material and merchandise while applying cost-effective measures to stay within established budget
Work with PR firm to coordinate advertising submissions, press releases and website management
Help manage participation with client co-ops and strategic marketing relationships
Occasionally participate in trade show-proposals and contract generation
Qualifications

Required Qualifications:
2-5 years of marketing and/or sales experience
2-5 years experience working in the mortgage industry (sales or operations)
1 year of professional experience in sales, account management, consultative sales, or advisory capacity; preferably in a B2B setting
University or college degree in Business, Marketing, or an acceptable combination of education and experience
Work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while handling multiple tasks and prioritizing workload
High degree of computer literacy with advanced skills in MS Office (Word, Power Point, Excel, Outlook, Access, and Publisher) and social media savvy
Demonstrated ability to convert prospects and close deals while maintaining established sales quotas
Experience in opportunity qualification, pre-call planning, call control, account development, and time management
Success in qualifying opportunities involving multiple key decision makers
Strong problem identification and objection resolution skills
Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with customers
Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills
Must be self-motivated, a quick learner, possess high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm
Able to perform basic calculations and mathematical figures.
Ability to occasionally travel and attend sales events or exhibits
Ability to work individually and as part of a team
High level of integrity and work ethic
Experience with customer relationship management software
Must be able to lift a minimum of 40lbs
