Job Title: Executive Assistant to the Chief Financial Officer

Job Summary: This position is responsible for providing administrative support for the Chief Financial Officer, the Investment Consultant and the Bank’s investment clients, response to customer inquiries, proper filing and storage of documents facilitating all investment transactions, tracking investment activity, and maintaining investment files for both the Bank and its clients.
Essential Job Functions:
- Preparation of general ledger entries for bank investment transactions.
- Preparation of monthly and quarterly board reports using Microsoft Excel.
- Process general ledger entries for bank investments in Horizon.
- Monthly reconcilement of investment portfolio accounts.
- Weekly compilation of deposit rate information.
- Scanning, organizing and maintenance of customer documents.
- Assist in the preparation of annual financial statements.
- Provide assistance to auditors and examiners as needed.
- Maintenance of transaction logs and other regulatory files.
- Process investment client deposits and withdrawals.
- Maintenance of bank investment files.
- Provide assistance with the marketing of non-deposit investment products.
- Board/ALCO presentations when Chief Financial Officer is unavailable.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Perform other duties as required.
Minimum Qualifications for Consideration:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Good interpersonal skills: able to work well with people.
- Demonstrates dependability through consistent attendance and adherence to timelines and schedules.
- The ability to exhibit professionalism under pressure.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills including group presentations.

Physical Requirements:
This is sedentary work that requires the following physical activities:
- Walking, stooping, bending, and standing, finger dexterity, feeling,
- repetitive motions, and visual acuity.
- Occasional lifting (up to 25 pounds)
- Ability to sit and use computer most of the day.
