Responsibilities and Duties

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to for this full-time position:

  • Review, update and email various reports on a daily basis
  • Act as point person for special projects as assigned
  • Assist with vendor correspondence as needed
  • Provide support to the President as well as other department managers
  • Prepare notices, schedules and other materials needed for events and announcements
  • Update all social media outlets
  • Prepare monthly reports as requested
  • Assist other departments in creating, updating or modifying documents as requested
  • Filing and organization of office material/equipment
  • Answering phones and scheduling appointments
  • Compiling information received from phone calls
  • Friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a positive and professional attitude – not easily flustered
  • Handling the daily flow of mail

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5 years demonstrated success in an administrative support role
  • Strong knowledge of social media
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Googledoc and Powerpoint
  • Knowledge of Quickbooks required
  • Knowledge of google sheets/docs preferred
  • Bilingual (English + Spanish) preferred
  • Strong organizational, time management, written & verbal communication skills
  • Must be able to confidently navigate a computer

  • Good time management
