About this Career Opportunity:
This position is responsible for recruiting qualified quality candidates to fill vacancies, current and potential. Support and build relationships with regional leadership and internal clients, internal associates applying for positions and external candidates. Provide sufficient customer service to internal customers through effective recruitment tools to satisfy open position requirements and potential new business. This role will manage a full workload of open requisitions from intake to offer acceptance, will build and maintain a pipeline of diverse talent, will perform searches employing advanced sourcing and candidate identification methods, and will promote and advance the employer brand to effectively engage candidates. This position is based at our Support Center in Louisville, KY.

Essential Responsibilities/Job Duties

Daily duties include: posting advertisements; sourcing, interviewing, screening and presenting potential candidates to hiring managers; following up with candidates and hiring managers; salary negotiations; conducting employment and reference checking; and various other recruiting activities.
Establish effective relationships with internal customers, internal associates applying for positions and external candidates.
Will monitor timely data in the ATS and be expected to track metrics and respond to data inquiries with accuracy and a sense of urgency.
Maintain sourcing and referral network with operations and external resources.
Weekly and monthly reporting of recruitment activities.
Will build excellence in recruitment process delivery including sourcing, screening, assessing, and marketing candidates to clients our internal business clients.
Will focus on high touch candidate relationship management and customer focus.
Provide consultative, problem-solving support for challenging staffing needs.
Proactively develop and maintain candidate slates for current and future positions.
Utilize established on-line talent communities to develop talent pipeline.
Leverage social media including LinkedIn to proactively source candidates.
Influence industry-specific partnerships for networking purposes.
Conduct candidate interviews to evaluate and summarize relevant skills and experience.
Expected to be a subject matter expert around applicant tracking systems, candidate sourcing methodologies and recruitment process effectiveness.
At all times will demonstrate the highest level of ethical behavior & personal integrity.

Position Requirements

Education, Experience and Certification

A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, related field or equivalent experience.
At least three to five years of experience recruiting in a corporate environment.
Hands on experience with multiple applicant tracking systems and human resources information systems, and proficiency with Microsoft office products.
Previous experience sourcing candidates using a combination of sources including social media as well as working knowledge of effective and legal recruitment/selection techniques and an understanding of HR practices governed by federal, state, and local statutes is required.
