The Closing Supervisor works in a call center environment in Home Depot's Measurement Services Center. The Supervisor's role is to lead a team of representatives that provide quality professional customer service that consistently meets or exceeds company standards of excellence and customer expectations. The position is directly responsible for teaching individuals to create, maintain and improve customer relationships while interacting with customers on a daily basis during sales and product inquiry transactions. The position is also directly responsible for meeting and or/exceeding sales, individual call quality and various related department goal.
MAJOR TASKS, RESPONSIBILITIES AND KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
60%- Work with representatives that initiate outbound calls to customers, providing customer service by assessing customer needs and providing installation solutions.
35%- Supervise individuals who accept inbound calls from customers and stores, making adjustments to orders and accepting payment.
5%- Review and edit of drawings in the HDMS installation program. Review and adjustment to quotes.

This position reports to the Closing Center Manager.
This position has no direct reports.
ENVIRONMENTAL JOB REQUIREMENTS
Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.
Must be eighteen years of age or older.
Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a high school diplomas and/or GED.
Years of Relevant Work Experience:
Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.

Position deals with a variety of problems and sometime has to decide which answer is best. The question/issues are typically clear and requires determination of which answer (from a few choices) is the best.
