The Global Threat Intelligence Analyst, a critical member of the Honeywell's Security Operations Team, will provide guidance to all levels of the organization in topic areas including Investigative Support, CI Protective Activities, CI Risk Assessments, CI Threat Management, CI Training, and Guidance for Foreign Travel. The position will also support and backfill colleagues in compliance roles such as FSO/CPSO/CSSO, so an understanding of relevant policy is preferred. Due to the nature of the work and the sensitive information it involves, preferred candidates will have a history of demonstrating discretion and accurately interpreting and applying corporate policy. Close coordination within ACST Security and Honeywell Global Security is expected along with collaborative work with HR and Legal, among others.

This is a detailed task position and the professional must be able to operate independently and accurately with minimal supervision. The primary location for this position is the Golden Valley, MN facility.

Job Activities

Utilizes advanced search software to monitor anomalous activity that would pose a risk.
Regularly monitor open source intelligence, supply chain risk, social media platforms, and the dark web for known and potential threats.
Receives alerts on anomalous activity through cyber, physical, and behavioral monitoring.
Investigates alerts of anomalous activity and escalates internal and external threats per thresholds.
Assist with compliance security to include organizing, monitoring, and investigating personnel security matters.

YOU MUST HAVE

Due to US export control laws, must be a US citizen
Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience in industrial security and/or Counterintelligence and Insider Threat concerns
Experience utilizing database systems
Good written and verbal communication skills
Computer skills, to include Microsoft Office
WE VALUE

US Government security clearance at the Top Secret/SCI level.
Educational background or work experience that includes a focus in security, compliance and/or criminal justice desired
