Position Summary:
The relationship manager acts as a liaison between Willory and its clients, ensuring that clients are satisfied. They are responsible for building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

Contact existing customers using data in CRM system

Generate new business opportunities as a natural outcome of ongoing activities and initiatives

Research, validate and contact senior leadership level contacts in finance, payroll, and HR to expand Willory footprint within existing customers and prospects

Strengthen and Deepen relationships with existing clients and prospects

Create sales opportunities through active conversations with existing clients and prospects
-
Communicate and follow-up with leads and update weekly on sales team call

Coordinate and transition new business (orders/projects) to Client Relations/Consulting

Update system and communicate with team on new job orders

Close proposals and overcoming objections

Build a strong association presence

Deliver consistent message and pitch

Support staffing team with match referrals of potential candidates for search, staffing, or consulting roles

Supervisory Responsibilities:
Required education and experience:

4+ years business to business (B2B) sales experience with demonstrated results
Preferred education and experience:

Bachelor’s Degree in related industry
