Bridgevine is searching for a Product Owner to serve as a technology and business lead for a new innovation initiative with our customers, partners and internal teams. You’ll quickly build expertise with a specific product, and define plans to innovate and evolve its functionality. Success requires an entrepreneurial spirit, great communication, and a balanced background as a product owner, business analyst, project manager, and agile scrum master.

Some things that you’ll do regularly include…
Take full responsibility for managing your product from ideation to delivery, and beyond.
Lead stakeholder meetings to identify opportunities and product priorities.
User your business analysis skills to develop comprehensive functional business requirements.
Create and maintain the product backlog and roadmap for your product.
Develop and maintain project plans and other project management artifacts as needed, as well as defining schedules, managing scope, issue and risk management, and ensuring project execution.
Conduct planning sessions with the teams to prioritize work for upcoming sprints.
Engage directly and daily with delivery teams to execute projects.
Develop and share transparent communication around your product, priorities and future roadmap.
Build strong working relationships with customers and internal teams.
Scope customer requests, develop cost estimates and statements of work, and respond to RFPs.
Manage multiple customers to achieve a desired business result, including defining and achieving profitability levels and quality standards, all while achieving the highest-level of customer satisfaction.
Serve as the product manager, project manager, and business analyst for a new and innovative SaaS product.
Participate in discovery sessions with customers and internal stakeholders, managing multiple stakeholder expectations and priorities at the same time.
Collaborate with developers and business owners to identify enhancements or new solutions.
Develop functional requirements, user stories, use cases, and other documentation suitable for managing product requirements and communicating those requirements to software engineers, UX designers, and implementation / support services.
Coordinate and manage project resources to deliver solutions (developers, QA, technical operations, production support, etc.)
Develop cost estimates and statements of work.
Communicate effectively – both verbal and written – tailoring communication to the audience, such as executive, internal stakeholders, external customers, developers, and others.
Passion for technology and business opportunities, with the ability to comprehend both technical and business topics to recommend options and solutions.
Strong experience working in an agile product and development environment; with both agile scrum master / project manager and business analyst required.
Strong experience working with agile tools (JIRA is mandatory; no exceptions) and processes.
Strong hands-on experience in Jira for creating / updated projects, user stories, and tracking progress.
Ability to develop agile user stories; preference for Gherkin experience.
Ability to create diagrams to visually represent requirements and/or high-level architecture.
Experience with SOA, SaaS and/or PaaS products.
Experience with complex technical integrations (APIs, web services, etc.)
Proficient in client management, risk management, project financials, KPIs and reporting.
6-8 years of relevant experience with a preference given for external customer/market interaction experience.
Ability to travel up to 10%.
Bachelor’s Degree is required.
