Responsibilities and Duties:
The Sales Representative works autonomously to focus on developing new accounts and maintain current accounts within the northern Ohio territory, with a focus on Cleveland and its suburbs, including but not limited to Akron, Canton, Hudson, Solon, Youngstown and Toledo. A high emphasis is placed on increasing both availability and visibility of our spirits in new and existing accounts through bar position, cocktail creation and menu placement.
- 100% focus on selling spirits to new and existing accounts
-Identify major accounts where our spirits would be successful
-Maintain strong presence with existing accounts to keep our brand front of mind-Improve visibility by influencing placement of physical placement of products in accounts and influencing cocktail menus
-Collaborate with the State of Ohio/Sales Manager to ensure orders are placed and received and that business is growing in all accounts
-Conduct waitstaff / bartender educations, spirit tastings, cocktail dinners and other promotions
-Collaborate with Marketing and Design team to request, approve and place menus in accounts
-Collaborate with Marketing team on alternative ways to engage retail customers and restaurant partners
-Contribute photos and happenings from your territory to drive content creation for social media channels
Qualifications and Skills

-Assertive, confident and scrappy personality-Sense of urgency

-Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team
