Stone Creek Coffee is looking for a Retail Hub Director to work with our growing Retail Team and support our cafes!
As the Retail Hub Director, you own the cafe performance and support within your given retail region to teach, guide, and push cafes to hit and exceed metric goals.
The Retail Hub Director is to work in tandem with the Director of Retail Programming, Cafe Coaches, and cafe teams to ensure every person who visits a Stone Creek Coffee cafe receives an experience that exemplifies “Remarkable Care.”
TEAM DEVELOPMENT - As a Retail Team Leader the Hub Director will work with their Cafe teams and develop them with the training, education, empowerment, and responsibility necessary to continue their coffee career.
DRINK QUALITY ASSURANCE - The Hub Director is responsible for regularly testing drink consistency and craftsmanship and the leader in making sure beverages are up to our high quality standards.
CAFE REPORTING - It is the Hub Director’s duty to consistently visit and observe given cafes to make ensure operations with our ever changing products are in line in addition to ensuring accurate reporting to drive cafe success.
CAFE LOGISTICS - The Hub Director is the direct contact for all operational questions and support for all staffing, performance, path and operational inquiries. It is HD’s duty to make sure that Cafe Coaches, Cafe Coaches in Training, and Master Baristas are all executing their work at a high level.
PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION - The Hub Director will work with the Retail Team and others to execute strategic projects to advance remarkable care delivered to our customers as well as the financial performance of their cafes.
Experience & Skills:
Passion for coffee
Valid Transportation (mileage reimbursement available)
Highly organized, self starter, detail oriented, accountable
Strong desire and ability to teach & lead others
Coachable, desire to never stop learning
Customer Service Enthusiast
Ability to communicate constructively, effectively and professionally
Leadership & Team Development Experience: 1 year
Hospitality and/or Speciality Coffee Experience: 1 year
Retail experience: 1 year
The Retail Hub Director is a full time salaried position eligible for the Stone Creek Coffee benefit package which includes:

We offer a starting salary between 35,000-40,000 based on qualifications and experience.
You will be invited to compensation discussions as a part of our annual performance review, all compensation increase conversations are based on demonstrated value added to the team.
