Level 1 troubleshooting of technical issues on PC and laptop computers
Troubleshooting of phone and email systems
PC setup and configuration using enterprise based deployment tools
User on-boarding and off-boarding in Active Directory and other systems
Support for printer setup and configuration
Response to tickets submitted and assigned through a help desk system
Gather information on user problems that require escalation
Level 1 support of the corporate network and security systems
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a similar area of study
Hands on internship or part time experience working as a technical support representative in an office setting
Motivated self-starter with an interest to learn and a skill to research problems
- provided by Dice Hands on experience troubleshooting technical issues on computer and phone systems, exposure to a windows/mac environment, and experience working off of a help desk ticketing system.
