Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of operational or program management experience.
Experience implementing and operationalizing strategies, and program management of cross-functional initiatives delivering business results.
Experience developing online content and managing social media channels.
8 years of work experience in writing, communications, or related a field.
4 years of experience rolling out cross-functional changes that affect people, process or technology.
Experience influencing through relationships, expertise and data. Outstanding writing and editing skills.
Demonstrated ability to work calmly and collaboratively in fluid, pressurized and ambiguous environments, maintaining good judgment with ability to escalate appropriately.
Creative problem solver with ability to think, plan, and execute on multiple projects autonomously and in an organized fashion, balancing the long-term and urgent needs of the team.
Availability to work flexible hours to accommodate Asia Pacific (APAC) meetings.

As a Communication and Engagement Program Manager for GOC, you will have the opportunity to build something new within Google. You'll create communications infrastructure from scratch, enhance GOC's employment brand, partner with our global team to build a values-driven culture, and lead communications and change initiatives. Drive development and continuous improvement of GOC's employment brand through communication assets, events, and external channels including social media.
Lead communication and event planning for upcoming GOC launches in close partnership with the local communication team.
Develop and implement communication strategies for a rapidly growing organization, and oversee communications including exec presentations, videos, and websites.
Create, lead, and project manage employee engagement and culture campaigns that bring the GOC mission and values to life on a global scale.
Support change management initiatives impacting GOC, gTech, Google, and our customers.
