As an Administrative Support Assistant, GS-0303-5, you will perform administrative tasks associated with maintaining and supporting the work performed within the organization.
Receive and route incoming and outgoing materials such as controlled or routine correspondence, reports, memoranda, and other forms of written communication.
Perform office automation duties to prepare documents such as correspondence, forms, and reports which can include technical material, graphs, and charts.
Keep the appointment and meeting schedule for the Director of the organizational unit served, and those of other senior staff members as directed.
Receive calls and visitors from within and outside the immediate organizational unit.
Perform a wide variety of administrative tasks associated with maintaining and supporting the work of the organization.
Occasional travel - You may be expected to travel up to 5% for this position.

In order to qualify for the GS-05 , you must meet the following: You must demonstrate in your resume at least one year (52 weeks) of qualifying specialized experience equivalent to the GS-04 grade level in the Federal government, obtained in either the private or public sector, to include: (1) Providing direct office support on a variety of administrative activities (e.g. making travel arrangements, ordering office supplies, telephone support); (2) Preparing correspondence including both emails and formal letters; and (3) Scheduling appointments involving multiple people using an electronic calendar system.

Typing Skill Requirement:
