Thompson Creek Window Company is looking for an upbeat and positive Outside Sales
Representative; a true, driven closer with the ability to drive to customer homes within an 75-mile radius of our Richmond, VA office. Our unique shop-at-home approach gives Outside Sales Representatives the opportunity to make a difference and improve the daily lives of clients by helping them design their living spaces.

ENVISIONING YOUR ROLE WITH US
As a full time Sales Representative, you ARE Thompson Creek Window Company! You are helping homeowners envision the untapped potential of their home sweet home. Your ambition, can-do attitude, and detailed presentations with be your tools to close each sale opportunity that is provided by our extensive marketing process. You will be following up on multiple leads a day to finalize their vision, and start the transformation process. You will be in communication with your Sales Manager often who will help be your coach through your time as a Sales Representative.
You must have a reliable vehicle, as local travel is required. You will be required to pass a drug screen, background check, and have a clean driving record.
Ideally, you will have 1-3 years of business-to-business or residential sales experience, although it is not necessary. If not, and have the desire to be a part of our team – go apply!
With all that is involved in this sales role, we want to mention the UNCAPPED COMMISSION
POTENTIAL!! Your hard work will not go unrecognized in this position and the effort put into your work will be seen on paper. For this position, our average senior factory representatives who have been with us for a few years earn $150,000.00 per year and our top 10% of reps earn above
$200,000.00 per year!
