Digital Marketing Manager
In this role, you have the opportunity to
Deliver world-class digital communications campaigns for our high growth Hospital Respiratory Care business in the broadest sense and act as the digital marketing advisor to your team, and the business.
Help build a high growth Hospital Respiratory Care business that will help improve the lives of millions of people while advancing Philips journey as a global leader in Health Technology.
You are responsible for
Develop digital marketing strategy and plans to support marketing plans and business objectives
Partner with marketing stakeholders, digital marketing peers, marketing communications colleagues and others to support activation in 17 markets
Understand and act on the main drivers for campaign effectiveness and Marketing ROI. This includes setting clear campaign KPIs and targets, tracking campaign impact, optimization, and providing recommended actions to drive improvement
You are a part of
an international team of digital marketing and marketing communications professionals with global responsibility, reporting to the Therapeutic Care Marcom Lead.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Preferably, a BA/BS in Communications, Business Administration, Marketing or Information Technology (with a proper understanding of Marketing)
A well-seasoned, digital communications pro – at least seven years of experience in positions of increasing responsibility
Demonstrated ability to define clear digital marketing objectives with related KPIs, and to report/demonstrate results
Prior ownership of a customer/target audience web experience: optimizing for conversion and engagement, including developing the Search Engine Optimization Strategy, ensuring all content is search engine optimized to drive top keyword rankings for key search terms
Solid knowledge of internet technologies including SearchEngine Advertising, Display Advertising, Search Engine Optimization, Email, Web, Nurture, Mobile marketing, and eCommerce.
Ability to work cross-functionally and globally with extended team; work with business/marketing stakeholders in a matrixed organization
Continuous improvement mindset: sharing learnings across businesses/markets, replicate best practices.
B2B, Medical Device, BioTech/Pharma experience preferred
Digital agency experience and/or experience working in healthcare or other regulated industries a plus
