How the Position Works
As a Designer, you’ll collaborate with creative directors, designers, developers, writers, editors, strategists and analysts. You will be responsible for building web properties and collateral focused on fresh, informed design perspectives. Combine strong point of view on effective design and marketing principles with a deep understanding of how to conceptualize, communicate, build and execute your ideas.

The specific responsibilities of the Graphic Designer include;
Revise, maintain, and produce new and existing client creative
Set the standard for other designers
Push boundaries and break new ground
Find new ways to engage users through all digital channels
Present insight-driven approaches and concepts internally and externally
Evaluate emerging trends and technologies in design and digital marketing, provide guidance on adoption where appropriate
Support all digital teams in achieving company-wide goals while iterating on strategic initiatives
What you need to be successful
5+ years-experience in digital & print design, preferably at a marketing or creative agency
Proficiency in UX, responsive design, Adobe Creative Suite (including; InDesign CC), and HTML5
A BA/BS or MA/MS in Graphic Design or UX design
A master problem-solver obsessed with ways to “make things better”
Working knowledge of html, css, and JavaScript preferred but not required
Someone talented enough to do the work but experienced enough to know when to focus on the big picture
