Full Job Description
The Junior Loan Servicing Quality Assurance Specialist at Lakeland Bank will perform duties required to monitor and ensure procedures regarding loan servicing are being met according to company guidelines and policies.
Validate loan data entered on the Premier operating system during loan boarding, renewals and other loan maintenance comparing to original supporting documentation.
Run queries in business analytics and prepare monitoring reports for management.
Communicate and respond findings to management and staff.
Instructs staff on findings that require correction/review and confirms proper correction.
Performs duties of a loan servicing specialist. Able to perform in different functions of the department through cross-training.
Supports servicing managers during internal/external audits and examinations providing supporting documentation in a timely manner.
Understand and comply with bank policy, laws, regulations, and the bank's BSA/AML Program, as applicable to your job duties. This includes but is not limited to; complete compliance training and adhere to internal procedures and controls; report any known violations of compliance policy, laws, or regulations and report any suspicious customer and/or account activity.
Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.
High school diploma.
6 months previous customer service experience.
Displays strong organization skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple priorities.
Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
Effectively manages time and meets deadlines.
Possesses strong mathematical skills.
Experience working with Microsoft Excel Word.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Must be bondable.
1-3 years of mortgage loan servicing experience recommended.
Knowledge of FISERV Premier system.
