As nCino’s Coordinator, Influencer Relations, you will help promote nCino’s brand as the worldwide leader in cloud banking and raise awareness of the Company and our Bank Operating System among key audiences. You will be responsible for creating and executing compelling communications campaigns that highlight the benefits of nCino’s cloud-based software and the success of our customers. Reporting to the Manager of Public and Analyst Relations, this role will help develop a variety of written materials, including customer case studies, media and analyst briefing documents, Q&As, and will also support activities around analyst outreach such as coordinating briefings, reviewing analyst reports and editorial calendars, and working with internal stakeholders to prepare briefing presentations, newsletters and webinars. Additionally, the role will collaborate closely with nCino’s Content Team to create and monitor social media content, schedule and share posts, and track metrics across all of nCino’s social media channels.
The Coordinator, Influencer Relations will work closely with nCino’s outside PR and AR agencies, so prior agency experience is strongly preferred. The ideal candidate is proactive, a self-starter, possesses strong communication skills, is highly-organized and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Assist with integration, strategy and execution related to the influencer program
Coordinate with outside analyst firm to ensure nCino maintains a regular cadence of analyst outreach, maintain calendar of key research reports, support vendor analysis and evaluations
Prepare analyst briefing documents, presentations, and facilitate analyst briefings and interviews
Write and develop compelling PR materials, including Q&As, press releases, media briefing documents, industry white papers, customer success stories and more
Coordinate with outside PR agency to facilitate information exchange, secure editorial opportunities, awards, media interviews and positive media coverage
Manage the day-to-day monitoring of nCino’s social media channels, including writing, scheduling and posting
Assist in content creation and editorial planning that is on brand, accurate, and search engine optimized copy for social media initiatives
Track and compile data and insights on KPI's for social media campaign performance reports to inform future content development
Conduct research on key financial industry and fintech trends and topics, award opportunities and more; provide key insights to internal stakeholders to evolve brand relevancy and influencer relations success
Review, edit and proofread written materials and web copy as needed
Support the broader Content Team within the Marketing Department on communication-related programs and activities
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in journalism, marketing communications or public relations
Minimum of two to three years of experience in a communication, public relations or marketing role at an agency or in-house setting
Prior public relations and media relations experience
Prior social media experience
Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to understand the customer story and the impact they bring to the organization
Strong communicator with outstanding writing, communication and editing skills, verbal and presentation skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel and PowerPoint, in particular)
Strong attention to detail with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented, high-energy environment with a consistent CAN-DO attitude
Proven self-starter and quick learner
Experience in banking, financial services, technology or SaaS industry
Experience in analyst relations
Experience using Salesforce or Pardot
