## Job Overview
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and Spanish, providing exceptional service to our diverse customer base.
## Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner
- Assist customers with product inquiries, orders, and issue resolution
- Enter customer data accurately into the system
- Utilize effective communication skills to provide information and promote products/services
- Upsell products to increase revenue
- Maintain customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns promptly
## Requirements
- Proficiency in English (bilingual)
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong problem solving skills
- Strong data entry skills for accurate record keeping
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Prior experience in customer service or sales is a plus
-2020 Kitchen design software experience preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
