Responsible for providing support to the Talent Development department. Will be supporting the design, delivery, and management of learning and organizational development programs that will provide managers and staff with the competencies and abilities they need to anticipate and respond to the demands of a rapidly changing business environment. Provide organizational development and training support services to all levels of NYPA personnel in all lines of business and their functional departments throughout all Authority locations. Will be responsible for administering the SuccessFactors career management system as well as providing logistical and delivery support for all training initiatives. Will also be responsible for supporting the Request For Proposal (RFP) procurement process.
Support the development, management and execution of HR’s strategic planning programs including: succession planning, performance management, and learning curriculum
Administer the SuccessFactors career management system
Assist in the design, delivery and administration of NYPA curriculum
Provide and manage logistical and administrative support for talent courses including: managing rosters, pre-course materials, in-class handouts, notifications, attendance, course completions and evaluations.
Develop dashboard reports and documentation based on business and management requirements.
Provide support for the performance and goals management program including: collecting/tracking progress and consolidating program metrics.
Processes paperwork, updates and maintains succession planning and performance data in SuccessFactors according to established procedures.
Liaise with vendors and internal/external clients to coordinate logistics and execute programs and classes
Coordinate the launching and tracking of talent and behavioral assessments
Provide ad hoc reporting on development opportunities to Manager of Talent Development
Support the RFP and procurement process including processing invoices for payments
Provide additional administrative support to the Talent Development team as necessary

Strong presentation, written, and verbal communication skills are required
Proficiency in Word, Excel and Power Point is required. Visio a plus.
Knowledge of SAP’s SuccessFactors is preferred
Education, Experience and Certifications
A Bachelor's degree and one year HR related experience
Experience working in learning and development is preferred
