Apartment Maintenance Technician needed for two small properties in Jackson, MS. Properties are within 2 mile radius. Must be extremely dependable with strong organizational skills. This position is responsible for performing maintenance for multifamily homes as well as punching units in accordance with company standards for new move ins.

Must possess basic knowledge about repairs and maintenance in a home / multifamily environment.
