We are looking for an energetic, experienced Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader to join our growing team.
The Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader has the following key responsibilities:
Execute on-site contractual agreements for assigned projects within quality, efficiency, and safety standards.
Maintain profitability while upholding standards.
Maintain employee morale training and develop production personnel.
Manage crew, materials, and time while on the job site.
Develop a clear understanding of each assigned project and fulfill expectations by planning, monitoring progress, and adapting as needed.
Communicate needs with coworkers, clients, and vendors to keep project schedules.
Continue to develop and apply new skills and knowledge.
The candidate will have 3 or more years of experience in a related field/industry, as well as the following:
Ability to display professionalism through all actions and communications with clients and team members.
Ability to organize and keep track of weekly lawn-care services provided to residential and commercial customers.
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
Ability to train and develop direct reports.
Ability to track and record time and materials for assigned projects.
A desire to continually gain efficiency without compromising high quality.
A dependability and willingness to work in diverse weather conditions.
A knowledge of plant diseases and insects to monitor landscape health.
Experience with equipment maintenance.
Experience with fertilization and/or aeration.
The candidate should exhibit the following qualities:
Customer service skills and/or keen sales.
Highly motivated and willing to take initiative.
Valid Class A driver’s license (CDL is a plus) with the ability to drive company vehicles.
Ability to have fun in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
Love for the outdoors and the landscape industry.
A bilingual candidate is preferred.
Compensation commensurate with experience.

Eligibility for New Hire Sign-On Bonus:
- Sign-on bonuses will be paid out at 50% after the first 30 days of employment and the remainder after the 90th day of employment.
