Oversee ticket and hospitality requests for all major Citi businesses in their relations with existing clients and in new client engagement and development across Citi Mexico and Latin America. Work in conjunction with the NAM and EMEA teams to support ticket requests in these regions and in APAC.
Key Responsibilities:
Process all ticket and hospitality requests for businesses across Citi in Mexico and Latin America.
Assist in the processing of orders for NAM, EMEA and APAC when necessary.
Manage all components of ticket lifecycle, including the approval process and risk controls.
Ensure and execute compliance of firm's policies concerning governance, compliance, audit, risk, and control.
Ensure adherence to governance and budgetary guidelines at all times through checks on orders, meeting requests, approvals, risk assessments, invoices, expenses etc. prior to processing and/or authorization.
Work in close liaison with all Businesses and Functions across Citi and corporate clients and investors.
Ensure adherence to all information security policies for virtual platforms and solutions.
Maintain data integrity within the ticket management platform.
Support ad-hoc projects, events or partnerships as required.

Fluent in English & Spanish (verbal & written) required.
Languages other than English and Spanish is a plus.
Experience:
Developing professional in sports and event ticketing.
Understanding and experience in event ticketing (especially mobile ticketing).
Good knowledge of digital event production systems and trends.
Good level of technical/digital ability.
Strong experience in sourcing, contracting, and managing suppliers.
Qualifications:
2-5 years relevant experience
Event Marketing or Hospitality Industry Experience in Financial Services/FinTech Event Marketing a plus
Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Excellent time management skills to handle projects that have long and short lead times
Excellent relationship management skills with proven success in being people-focused
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Collaborative "team player" orientation with a strong regional cultural awareness
Advanced analytical, problem solving and reporting skills
Flexibility in work hours a must; work and travel is required while managing events including weekends and some holidays
Basic knowledge of major sports leagues, team and international marquee sports and entertainment events.
