Full Job Description
Perform advanced office and administrative/management support tasks.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform administrative tasks and projects. Analyze, process and maintain information as required.
Assist supervisor by researching problems and providing resolution(s) as directed.
Perform bookkeeping duties, organize data and oversee office functions as required.
Provide training regarding department and University procedures; may provide computer application(s)/procedures training.
Perform special projects, as directed.
May guide or supervise other office staff as required.
Manage and maintain patient medical records.
Facilitating patient flow at reception with input from clinical staff.
Assist with revision of forms and office procedures.

Work Prioritization & Management
High School Diploma or GED or equivalent combination of work and experience
Experience: 2 years progressively responsible work-related experience in an office or professional setting
Required licensure, certification, registration or other requirements: None
Experience with conflict resolution skills.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize
Experience working in a medical office or high-paced work environment.
Willingness to learn medical terminology.
