The Strategic Sales Manager is an outside sales professional, focused on achieving and exceeding sales objectives in alignment with overall corporate sales initiatives. This position is responsible for building new and expanding existing customer relationships for enterprise level prospects within North America.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years outside sales experience, specifically working with large complex corporations
  • 2+ years’ experience within the B2B Fitness industry
  • Skilled at networking, generating leads, building a pipeline, and closing business
  • Excellent communication and presentation skill with the ability to communicate at the executive level.
  • Proficiency in creating sales presentation material and internal documentation including but not limited to sales reports and forecasts
  • Established ability to negotiate complex contracts with key decision makers at the C level
  • Strong knowledge of SAAS legal documents and procedures
  • A propensity for web technologies, CRM and sales enablement tools.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Increase revenue by activating new customers and expand current customer’s services within consultative selling process
  • Effectively build pipeline to achieved sales results including reporting on funnel status
  • Manage negotiation process with key stakeholders
  • Optimize customer’s revenue and retention for their consumers by providing effective business solutions
  • Identify additional business opportunities through proactive sales efforts, with new prospects and current customers
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospects including software demonstrations
  • Excellent organizational, project management and relationship-building skills
  • Exhibit “sense of urgency” that facilitates the execution of program requirements across multiple stakeholder groups
  • Ability to evaluate incentives and provide input on aligning with company objectives
  • Comfortable working in a matrixed reporting environment
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with the MINDBODY management team to ensure positive and continued cross departmental communication
  • All other duties as assigned
