We are currently seeking a warehouse associate to handle shipping and receiving of parts for our service and project departments. You will occasionally pick up and deliver parts for field technicians, move and maintain the warehouse inventory, and operate a forklift. This position is a varied role working with office personnel, field technicians and vendors. This position can be physically demanding and will require the ability to lift up to 60 lbs., climb ladders, work in summer and winter temperatures and have an acceptable driving record with the DMV.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS: $18 - $25 per hour, depending on experience. Benefits include Medical & Dental sponsored at 75%, life insurance and generous profit-sharing, bonus and 401k match. Eligible to receive stock in Point Monitor after a qualifying period.
EDUCATION: High school diploma or equivalent.
EXPERIENCE: We will train the right individual. Experience in a warehouse, working with customers, or using MS Office at work is helpful.
SKILLS: Able to provide high-quality customer service, manage multiple priorities at once, act quickly when a need arises, follow instructions precisely when necessary, strong written & verbal communications, consistent follow-through on delegated tasks, commitment to maintain a neat and professional appearance and demeanor, and execution of duties with accuracy and timeliness. High energy and assertive people will excel at this position.
COMPUTER SKILLS: Microsoft Office, including Outlook
Work hours are 7:00am - 3:30pm.
