Position Overview
Cryoperl is seeking a Project Coordinator to oversee the management and coordination of projects across various global locations within the oil & gas and petrochemical industries. Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Project Coordinator will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of projects from post-award to demobilization, while also contributing to internal governance and administrative responsibilities.
Project Responsibilities
- Post-award deliverables management
- Insurance policy implementation and management
- Construction bond implementation and documentation
- Foreign jurisdiction regulation review and compliance
- QHSE documents management
- Pre-mobilization arrangements coordination
- Equipment, materials, labor, and logistics sourcing and purchasing (US, foreign)
- Mobilization arrangements and documentation
- Pre-mobilization cost control and budget management
- Kick-off meeting coordination
- Project execution, management, and HR support
- Project progress claims and receivables management
- Project execution cost control and expense review
- Sub-contract variations management
- Demobilization arrangements and logistics
- Close out and release certificate management
- Project analysis, conclusions, and action planning
Administrative Responsibilities
- Internal governance and reporting
- Preparation of monthly reports
- Participation in project meetings
- Participation in 1:1 calls
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience in project coordination within the construction industries (over 5 years)
- Experience in labor regulations (US and/or foreign) is a plus
- Experience in temporary importation regulations (US and/or foreign) is a plus
- Understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations (US, foreign) is a plus
