We are looking for a motivated self-starter to join the NA Membership team in the newly created role of Manager, Member Benefit Planning. This person will track, forecast and manage our member benefit inventory inclusive of product access, partnerships, local experiences, promotions, and foundational benefits like upgraded shipping to maximize the value we deliver to members across our direct channels. Ultimately, this person will be a critical partner in operating an always-on membership offense designed to recognize, reward and celebrate Nike members with sufficient, valuable and relevant benefits.
Ideal backgrounds for this role include individuals with expertise driving inventory forecasting and member benefit planning across physical and digital benefits. Candidates should be highly organized and passionate about improving processes and creating efficiency, as well as the ability to effectively communicate strategy, requirements and capabilities. The right candidate will have the ability to consistently deliver impact while maintaining strong cross-functional partnerships. Key responsibilities of this role include:
Plan and manage member benefit inventory for North America including key cities
Provide business reporting on benefit availability and utilization
Identify key gaps in program inventories
Ensure benefit inventory meets utilization forecast, and iteratively improve the accuracy and usefulness of forecasts
Operationalize the supply chain and other key processes to deliver member benefits
Partner with Membership team to define tooling and process requirements in partnerships with technology groups
Drive progress with stakeholders across the matrix
Success for this role requires the establishment of a best-in-class membership program.
5-8 years relevant experience in supply chain and/or inventory forecasting
Deep understanding of the landscape of membership programs and the drivers of commercial and operation success
Education in Business Management, Business Strategy, Economics or Finance Preferred
Proven track record of influencing leaders and teams to drive business process improvements for loyalty/membership programs or digital commerce and technology at major global companies
