ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT (Rochester)
EXCITING NEW OPPORTUNITY – Administrative Assistant (full-time) opening to support the Development Team at Conifer Realty’s Corporate Offices in Rochester, NY. This position will:
Provide administrative support to the Executive Vice President and Development Department.
Perform clerical duties including, scanning, photocopying, faxing, mailing and filing.
Review, schedule and organize meetings, calendars, email, travel, conferences, training sessions, and department activities.
On a rotating basis, process incoming and outgoing mail by operating postage meter and answer a multi-line telephone system to screen and direct calls in the absence of the company receptionist.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Minimum seven (7) years relevant work experience as an executive level administrative assistant or comparable administrative support office experience.
Two-year college degree required.
