The Inventory Control Clerk position is a Part-Time, temporary position reporting to the Executive Director. The position will be available during the shelter-in-place order and for a short period of time thereafter.
Assist with supplies all departments with stock items needed to replenish inventory levels.
Inventories and replenishes all floors (Lorber, Adams, Wollenberg, Administration, Clinic) with medical supplies on a daily, weekly, or as needed basis.
Check all disaster carts and bags for this campus and Acacia Creek frequently. Replenish supplies needed when expired.
Assures that supplies, merchandise and equipment are properly maintained, controlled and in good safekeeping.
Assists in returning damaged merchandise and errors in shipment. Packages and returns to vendor as required.
Receives, inspects and delivers any items shipped to residents of the Home, according to current procedures.
Maintains supply and storage rooms in a safe, clean and orderly condition.
Assist with stocking for the General Store.
Delivers copy paper to the eleven (11) copy machine locations throughout the facility on a Bi-weekly and as needed basis.
Assists other departments, when approved by the Executive Director, with moving equipment/goods.
Any combination of education and experience that would provide the necessary knowledge and abilities listed, typically:
High School diploma or equivalent.
Must possess a valid California Driver's license
At least one-year experience in a stocking, receiving or related position involving the receipt of merchandise from vendors.
