The People Team
The People & Talent team is responsible for developing the Crunchbase culture, and for hiring a diverse set of hardworking people to build the future of Crunchbase!
We are looking for a motivated and creative Sourcer to help us grow our technical teams. In this role you’ll use your sourcing skills to develop a rich, diverse candidate pool of passive talent to increase the quality and volume of our technical pipelines. What You'll Do
Develop an understanding of the Crunchbase product, technology, and employer value proposition to attract relevant talent
Partner with our recruiting team to understand open roles, priorities, and processes
Improve our pipelines through multiple sourcing channels (LinkedIn, boolean searches, social media, job boards, tech associations & groups, university alumni resources, and other creative search techniques)
Regularly track, analyze, and share pipeline and performance data with our teams
Own all top-of-funnel efforts including branding, events, etc
Support the Crunchbase mission and core values ensuring an inclusive and equitable process for all candidates
What We're Looking For
You have internal sourcing experience within a growth-mindset company
You are excited about sourcing and are continuously thinking about new ways to set yourself apart and attract the best talent
You know your way around technology and have experience sourcing for various tech stacks and engineering roles
You are creative, self-motivated, and have a strong work ethic
You are looking for an opportunity to make a big impact on a mission-driven company
You have experience using Lever or other equivalent recruiting tech stacks
