We’d love to hear from working medical sales reps from non-competing brands. If you have established relationships with doctors, surgeons, dentists or veterinarians, this is a great opportunity for you to supplement and expand your current offerings to grow your income.

This is a flexible position that includes competitive, commission-based compensation. You will receive payment on every order placed by any client you refer for the lifetime of the account. That’s right – you get paid on every sale by that customer, forever! No limits to your commissions and earnings – how great is that?

Competitive Commission
Your compensation is straight commission and you receive payment for the lifetime of your referred customers’ purchases (ongoing residual income).
To maximize your earnings based on your style of selling, you can choose from one of two commission plans to best suit your goals.

Commission Plan 1: Lead Generation (Maximize Your Number of Contacts)
Do you want to promote CIA Medical to as many contacts as possible but have us do the heavy lifting? You turn in your leads to us, we’ll take it from there (we’ll qualify and close the sale for you!), and you get paid on every sale by that customer, forever! Commission: 3% on gross margin, sliding up to 6% for larger, more profitable customers.

Commission Plan 2: Account Manager (Maximize Your Commission Payments)
Do you enjoy developing your customer relationships? You will be the primary point of contact for your customers – you work with our internal team to process your customers’ orders – getting quotes, determining stocking levels, etc. Commission: 10% on gross margin, sliding up to 15% for larger, more profitable customers.

Payment Schedule
Reps will be paid on a semi-monthly basis on the 1st and the 15th. The commission amount will be based on paid orders completed by all customers who originally signed up with your referral code. Payment will be distributed for all shipped product that has been paid for by the customer for the lifetime of the customer’s purchases.

Your Responsibilities
Interact with potential customers – medical and surgical supplies buyers from medical offices
Build and develop relationships with physicians, surgeons, dentists and other medical professionals – identify customers, set up appointments if requested, visit their offices, etc.
Introduce customers to CIA Medical and demonstrate our benefits to their medical practice
Distribute our marketing flyer with your unique referral code, which is also a discount code for the customer’s first order
Encourage customers to create an account on our website using your referral code – this links you to the customer for your commission payments on all of their orders

Job Requirements
Excellent organization and communication skills
Outside or field sales experience in medical supplies sales
Established customer relationships in the medical field
Personable, outgoing demeanor, someone who cares about your customers
Access to internet and email
Your own transportation
