Responsibilities:
Job Title: HR Admin Coordinator
Pay Rate: $15-16
Hours: Monday- Friday 8:00 am- 5:00 pm
We are looking for highly talented and motivated individuals to do the following duties:
1. Maintains records and prepares ad hoc documents/packages to be mailed.
2. Coordinates and organizes workflow of department projects.
3. Develops and maintains administration procedures, manuals, and office files.
4. Acts as reference source in locating pertinent HR materials, as requested by associates or leaders.
5. Coordinates facilities support.
6. Provides office administration support including scheduling, project support etc.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM

Skills:
Ability to set priorities and recommend direction to resolve routine human resources/administration issues.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to keep strict confidentiality rules
Effective written and oral communication skills to interact with customers, team members, and management.
Ability to identify and evaluate problems and analyze inquiries and determine the appropriate action.
Decision making skills necessary for problem identification and correction.

Education:
Bachelors

Experience:
Entry Level

Qualifications:
Education: Undergraduate studies in Human Resources, Business Administration, communication or a related field is preferred.

Required Skills/Competencies:
Two to three years' work experience. Work experience with undergraduate studies in HR preferred.
An engaging, passionate and driven personality.
Intermediate knowledge of MS Office and Outlook
