Position Purpose:
Process, integrate, aggregate, and analyze order, sales, supply chain and customer transactional activity data from our internal databases combined with consolidated external information to discern and report on changes in customer and market behavior so that appropriate action may be taken.
Manage the reporting business processes required to support Global Channel Excellence, with reporting and information flow to the sales force and Executive leadership.
Lead continuous improvement efforts of data sources and skills of analytical personnel across the globe.

Essential Responsibilities:
Drive continuous improvement in system integration, automation and elimination of non-value add reporting activities
Create visualizations and dashboards for various performance metrics.
Act as liaison on key business initiatives to ensure that business needs are incorporated
Work directly with our global partners to ensure consistent communications and build relationships for mutual problem solving
Act as project lead on cross functional continuous improvement initiatives
Create and implement predictive and statistical analysis code that will be used in decision making re-ports by Executive Leadership

Technical and Functional Skills:
Project management and continuous improvement experience
Strong analytical and process documentation skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office with a strong focus in Access and Excel, and general database structure and integration
Advanced data retrieval and manipulation skills
Programming experience in SQL, SAS, or JMP preferred

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Supply Chain or Information Technologies with seven years post qualification experience in business processes, data integration or information technology OR
Master's Degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Supply Chain or Information Technologies with five years post qualification experience in business processes, data integration or information technology
