Position Title: Digital Marketing Support Specialist

General Summary/Purpose
This position directly supports the Chief Marketing Officer in driving the bank’s marketing strategic plan, combining creativity with technical expertise to enhance Paducah Bank’s innovation, community engagement, and customer education efforts in Paducah and Louisville. In collaboration with internal teams, this role will provide product training support across the bank, ensuring staff are well-versed in digital tools and services. Under the specialist’s guidance, the Teen Ambassadors will take a more active role in the bank’s social media presence, contributing community-driven content to help expand the bank’s reach in Paducah and Louisville.
The Digital Marketing Support Specialist is also responsible for overseeing the bank's digital marketing tools and select technology. This individual will create video outreach when needed that supports the bank in both Louisville and Paducah. Approved multimedia content may include interviewing customers, teammates, and community leaders in the social media room or in Louisville to showcase initiatives and the bank’s capability.
Key Duties and General Responsibilities
1. Digital Marketing Technology Management Percentage of time: 40%
- Oversee the management and optimization of the bank’s multiple websites, ensuring they are up to date, SEO-optimized, ADA-compliant, and user-friendly.
- Manage and optimize digital tools like YEXT to enhance the bank’s search presence and online reputation.
- Monitor and implement SEO best practices, including keyword research, content updates, and performance analysis using tools like Google Analytics.
- Collaborate with IT, Risk, and third-party vendors to ensure websites and digital tools are secure and fully functional.
- Collaborate with Market Presidents in Paducah and Louisville to lead marketing campaigns, ensuring messaging is aligned with broader marketing strategies and the needs within their markets.
- Oversee updates and content management for ITM (Interactive Teller Machine) screens, ensuring relevant messaging for customer engagement in Paducah and Louisville.
- Manage the creation and updates of on-hold messages to ensure consistent communication and alignment with the needs of the local market in Louisville and Paducah.
2. Marketing Support and Project Coordination Percentage of time: 45%
- Provide project management support for key marketing initiatives identified in collaboration of both Paducah and Louisville Markets, including organizing marketing calendars, tracking deadlines, and ensuring timely delivery of assets.
- Assist with scheduling, organizing, and facilitating department meetings including advisory board meetings across Paducah and Louisville.
- Maintain the Marketing Department’s inventory, including giveaways, t-shirts, and specialty items.
3. Videography and Content Creation Percentage of time: 15%
- Develop, shoot, and edit professional videos for marketing campaigns, social media, and internal communications.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to create video scripts and storyboards that align with the bank’s branding and financial goals.
- Ensure content is optimized for each platform (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) and adheres to SEO and accessibility standards.
- Manage all stages of video production, including pre-production planning, filming, post-production editing, and publishing.
- Stay updated with the latest production trends and tools to continuously improve the quality of content.
